RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENTThe state-of-the-art Texmo Technical Centre at Coimbatore employs qualified engineers backed by the latest CAD CAM workstations implementing product development to its finer details keeping in mind changing market needs and customer requirements. The Centre also trains mechanics for deployment at its 19 branches and over 2000-dealer network to provide timely, efficient after sales service. MANUFACTURING FACILITIESOur wide ranges of products are manufactured using state of the art machinery in three modern self-contained machine shops. Precision is built into every process and the products pass through stringent quality control procedures. The products are designed for easy installation, low running costs, improved efficiency and minimal maintenance. Rigorous testing of products at every stage of manufacture ensures high efficiency and enhanced life. The AGM automating moulding line and the productions facilities at the foundry are fully Automated to ensure precision and consistency. This is an Environmentally friendly, fully automated and sophisticated line. Modern CNC machines and the Statomat automatic coil winding and Insertion machines are a few of the most modern productions systems, which match those in international manufacturing facilities. SOCIAL COMMITMENTEver conscious of its social responsibility the family runs the Ramana Gounder Medical Trust Hospital, a non-profit health care center to provide free maternity and childcare services. RGMT is a rural hospital in Coimbatore, India, which is being run solely to render medical care to the economically weaker sections of society. The daily outpatient attendance is about 150 and inpatient beds are occupied mainly by women and children. There is a well equipped clinical laboratory, X-ray unit and operation theatre. Besides providing medical out-patient and in-patient care, the hospital also provides free community service in the neighbouring villages by way of home visits by para-medical and nursing staff who give talks on hygiene, sanitation, nutrition and prophylactic inoculations against diptheria, tetanus, whooping cough, measles and poliomyelities.
